Are the porcelain pipes safe to smoke out of?

Yes, my ceramic pipes are glazed glass on the inside and out making them completely safe to smoke out of.

How do I clean the porcelain pipes? (These require somewhat careful cleaning)

You can use a salt and rubbing alcohol mixture. If your pipe has a mother of pearl iridescent or gold/white gold I do not recommend soaking in any cleaning solution. Instead I recommend pouring the salt alcohol mix into the pipe and shaking and dumping. Q-tip use is also recommended. Disposable gloves are nice if you have them too. If your piece doesn't have any iridescent or gold luster you can soak pipe in the solution but avoid getting the crystal area wet or submerged with the cleaning mixture. Only soak for a few hours.

My Process:

Everything I create is handmade and unique!

I hand throw each piece on the potter's wheel. Each piece has carved and/or raised designs. Each piece is wiped down several times to make sure they're smooth all over. After completing each piece they are left to dry completely. They are then fired in the kiln to result in a bisque piece. I then glaze every piece with glass on the inside and out. I frequently use several underglaze colors as well as different glaze colors. I use paint brushes to hand paint many different glaze colors onto all of the little details. Then they go into the kiln again for a glaze firing. Finally I add metallic luster glazes giving them the iridescent and gold accents. Once again they go in the kiln for a third firing.

Each kiln and firing takes more than a day. The crystals go into the pieces at this point. I will then use the potter's wheel to sand the bottoms so they don't wobble. Next is the diamond dusted sanding pad to make sure the bottoms are very smooth.

The entire process takes several weeks to complete. Ceramics is a slow temperamental process. My restocks are typically 60 to 80 pieces and happen about every month. Please realize that I make as many pieces as I can as fast as I can while still upholding the quality and love that goes into my work. I appreciate your patience and understanding. I deeply appreciate your support that allows me to keep creating!

Sold Out?

If my shop does not have any items listed then I am sold out. You can sign up for my newsletter to get an email notification about the next restock.

 How do I order?

The only way to purchase my work is during a restock. I release new work about once a month.

How do restocks work?

About once a month, I will announce the date and time of the next restock. I will announce the restock date one to two weeks before hand. Restock information can always be found on the top of my homepage or in my bio on Instagram

Restocks tend to sell out very quickly! Most items sell in the first 5-10min.

I will have everything listed on my website a few days before the restock so you are able to preview each piece and price.

Cart Holds?

Carts DO NOT hold/reserve items. Most likely the item is in several other carts at the same time. Whoever completes checkout first will receive an order email confirmation and the item.

If you place multiple orders, I will combine orders.

How do I sign up for restock emails?

On the bottom of most pages, you will see "Newsletter" and you can sign up there.

I will send out a newsletter a few days before the restock. I will include the date and time of the restock as well as any other relevant information about this specific restock. Set an alarm or reminder on your phone to ensure you don't miss the restock.

 •Do you take custom/special/pre- orders?

No.

•Do you sell wholesale?

No.

•Can I reserve/hold items?

No.

Can I see what will be available before you restock?

Yes I upload all of the items that will be available in the restock one to two days before the restock on my website. The listings will have a "coming soon" banner over top of the photos. All of the prices will be listed as well.

You haven't replied to my DM / email / comment!

Due to the volume of messages and comments I receive, it is difficult to reply to everyone. If your question can be answered here in the FAQ section, I most likely will not reply. If the answer to your comment can be found in the caption of the post, I most likely will not reply. Please take time to read the information already provided. If your question isn't answered here in the FAQ or in the post caption, try sending an email. Comments and DMs tend to get buried.

How much does ... cost?

Prices vary by size, style, design, glaze, intricacy, ect. I use real 22 carat gold luster on some pieces as well. My pipes range from $80 to $395 generally speaking I have two ranges: the $80-115 and then $195-250+.

What payment methods do you accept?

My website accepts major credit cards, and ApplePay. I do not accept PayPal.

From what I am told, ApplePay is the quickest method.

There is no way to add/save credit card information to an account before checkout. Although if you save your payment information in your web browser settings it can auto populate for you.

Are mugs microwave safe?

NO. Anything with GOLD/SILVER or crystal inlays are NOT microwave safe! Gold is 22k luster and will throw sparks! Pieces without any metallic finishes are typically microwave safe unless otherwise stated.

Are the mugs dishwasher safe?

NO. I always recommend hand washing handmade ceramics! Use a soft cloth or sponge. Take extra care to avoid abrasive surfaces and harsh chemicals, especially on gold/silver/aura finishes. Dishwashers will tarnish the metallic luster.

Can I create an account?

You can! Here's the link.

By creating your account you can save your name and address information but it does not save any payment or credit card information.

When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed & shipped out within 3 business days.

Do you ship to...? How much?

I am located in the US. I ship within the US and Canada. I ship with USPS.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is always free. If you would like to upgrade to priority USPS I have a $5 listing that you can purchase separately if you would like.

International orders (Canada):

You may be responsible for taxes, customs, import fees, ect. when your package arrives in your country. This is your responsibility.

Why does it seem like you are always sold out?

It seems that way because I am! Ceramics is a slow process. It takes me weeks to create enough items for a decent size restock. When I have a restock,  items tend to sell out extremely fast.

What is the time zone, time difference?

My restocks happen in Eastern Standard Time Zone.
